Terms and Conditions for SC Tracker

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the SC Tracker browser extension, web app, or related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Insert Click LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description and License

SC Tracker is a personal software tool for tracking virtual token balances and related activity across supported free-to-play platforms. It is currently offered free of charge. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Supported sites may change, restrict access, block tools, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee compatibility with any particular platform.

3. Not a Gambling or Financial Service

SC Tracker is not a gambling operator, gaming platform, bank, broker, or financial service. We do not offer wagering, accept deposits, hold funds, distribute prizes, or provide financial, investment, legal, or platform-strategy advice. Activity on third-party sites is between you and those providers.

4. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the sites SC Tracker supports. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply, and you accept the risk that tracking or automation may conflict with them. We are not responsible for third-party offers, promotions, balances, access decisions, restrictions, suspensions, or closures.

Optional links may be affiliate or referral links. We may receive compensation if you use them, at no additional cost to you. You are free to navigate directly to any site.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with applicable law, use the Service only for personal purposes, protect your devices and credentials, and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for decisions made from displayed data.

6. Optional Cloud Sync

Cloud Sync is optional and off by default. If enabled, it creates an anonymous account and stores an end-to-end encrypted copy of supported tracking data. You retain ownership of locally stored and encrypted cloud tracking data; we claim no ownership of it. You grant us the limited right to host, transmit, retain, and delete its encrypted form as needed to operate the Service.

Cloud Sync is provided free, as-is, and as-available, without guarantees of availability, uptime, delivery, accuracy, retention, or recovery. Sync is a convenience, not a backup service. Keep at least one authoritative local copy and use Export Backup regularly. Exported backups intentionally exclude Sync credentials and encryption keys.

7. Pairing Codes, Sharing, and Revocation

Pairing and sharing codes are access credentials. Anyone who obtains a code during its five-minute validity window may link once and receive access to the encrypted account. Do not publish codes or share screenshots. You are responsible for every person and endpoint you authorize and for revoking access when appropriate.

A linked device can administer the account. A person with shared access can view, export, and modify synced records. We cannot restore data they change or delete. Revocation blocks future access through the Service but cannot erase data already viewed, exported, copied, or retained, or cryptographically erase an account key already delivered to an endpoint. The Service does not promise forward secrecy.

8. Anonymous Accounts and Recovery

Cloud Sync accounts have no email, password, or conventional recovery method. Insert Click LLC does not hold the end-to-end encryption key and cannot recover it. If every linked endpoint holding the key is lost, reset, cleared, or uninstalled, the encrypted account data cannot be recovered by us. Losing a device also does not automatically revoke that device; use another administrative endpoint to revoke it promptly.

Uninstalling the extension does not delete the cloud account. Use Settings → Sync & Mobile Access → Delete Cloud Data before uninstalling if you want the active cloud copy deleted.

9. Pricing

The Service is currently free and has no subscription or site limit. We may introduce paid features later. Any new charges will be disclosed before purchase and will apply prospectively.

10. Data Control

You may export and delete local data using the Service's tools. If Cloud Sync is enabled, deleting local data may sync deletion records to other endpoints. Deleting the Cloud Sync account removes the active server-side copy and unlinks endpoints while leaving their local tracking data untouched, subject to temporary encrypted infrastructure recovery history described in the Privacy Policy.

11. No Warranties

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, security, retention, fitness for a particular purpose, and compatibility with third-party sites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insert Click LLC is not liable for financial losses, data loss or corruption, inaccurate data, account actions by third parties or people you shared with, service interruptions, lost profits or opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms. Features and supported platforms may change without notice.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Disputes must be brought in courts located in Texas, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy for SC Tracker

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

SC Tracker ("SC Tracker," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of Insert Click LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SC Tracker browser extension, app.trackmysc.com, and related websites and services.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you do not need to provide

SC Tracker is currently free. The extension and optional Cloud Sync do not require your name, email address, username, phone number, password, or payment information. We never collect or store passwords for the third-party sites you track.

B. Locally stored tracking data

The extension may store current Site Coin balances, balance-change history and ledger entries, purchases and redemptions you enter, tracked and ignored sites, custom sites, custom icons, site settings, and display preferences on your device. This data stays on that device unless you intentionally export it, share it, or enable optional Cloud Sync as described in Section 3.

C. Technical and diagnostic data

To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SC Tracker, we may receive limited technical data such as:

• A pseudonymous identifier generated by the extension
• Extension version and browser/platform information
• Install, uninstall, heartbeat, error, and operational events
• The number of sites tracked
• Standard request metadata, including IP address and approximate city/state or city/country inferred from it

We do not request browser geolocation permission for analytics. We use this data for service operation, aggregate analytics, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention, and do not sell it.

2. How Information Is Used

Tracking data is used to display balances, maintain charts and ledgers, calculate personal tracking views, apply your settings, and—only when you enable Cloud Sync—keep linked endpoints current. Technical data is used for the purposes listed above.

3. Optional Cloud Sync and Web App

Cloud Sync is off by default. If you do not enable it, SC Tracker does not upload your tracking records to the sync service. Enabling it creates an account represented by random identifiers and uploads an end-to-end encrypted copy so you can use app.trackmysc.com or other linked devices.

Data categories that sync

When Cloud Sync is enabled, the encrypted record contents can include:

• Current balances and recent detailed balance-change ledger entries (up to approximately 300 per site from each current local snapshot)
• Purchases and redemptions you entered
• Tracked and ignored sites, including custom sites
• Site settings, app settings, and display preferences
• Custom favicon selections and images stored by SC Tracker
• Thinned or summarized history and calculated statistics used for charts and mobile views

Casino passwords or login credentials, payment-card details, Cloud Sync credentials and encryption keys, and exported backup files are not uploaded as synced records. Exported backups also exclude Cloud Sync tokens and keys.

End-to-end encryption

Each account has a random 256-bit root key generated by an endpoint. The root key is kept in the extension's local Sync state or the web app's IndexedDB account record. Separate encryption and opaque-locator keys are derived using HKDF-SHA-256. Each record is independently encrypted with AES-256-GCM and a unique random IV before upload; its account, opaque locator, class, timestamp, deletion state, retention class, key version, and protocol version are authenticated.

The service stores opaque record locators and ciphertext. Insert Click LLC and Cloudflare do not receive the account root key and cannot decrypt synced record contents or encrypted device/share labels. This release does not claim forward secrecy or cryptographic erasure of a key already provided to an endpoint.

Information visible to the service

Even with end-to-end encryption, the service can see information needed to operate Sync, including random account, device, share, and token identifiers; hashed bearer-token secrets; code hashes and one-time wrapped-key bundles; encrypted record and label ciphertext; record counts, sizes, classes, retention classes, timestamps, deletion states, revisions, origins, and traffic metadata such as IP address and request timing. It cannot see the logical record key, site identity, balance, transaction details, settings, custom-site information, or device/share name contained in an authenticated encrypted record or label.

Secure pairing and recovery limits

Pairing and sharing codes are generated by your endpoint, expire after five minutes, and can be used once. The service receives a SHA-256 hash of the code and a root-key bundle encrypted with a one-time key derived from the full code; it does not receive the raw code. A pairing link places the code after the URL #, and the web app removes it from the visible URL immediately after reading it.

Cloud Sync accounts are anonymous and intentionally have no password-reset or recovery process. Insert Click LLC cannot recover the root key. If every endpoint holding the key is lost or cleared, the encrypted cloud data cannot be recovered by us. Keep an authoritative local copy and exported backups.

Sharing and revocation

A device pairing grants administrative access. A share pairing lets the recipient decrypt, view, and edit synced data but does not let them create pairing codes, manage devices or shares, or delete the account. Anyone who receives either kind of code during its validity window may obtain the corresponding access.

Revocation blocks future access through our service. It cannot erase information a recipient already viewed, exported, copied, or retained, and it does not cryptographically erase a root key previously delivered to another endpoint. You are responsible for who receives your codes.

Retention, deletion, and uninstalling

Detailed ledger records in the encrypted sync service are automatically removed after 90 days. Revoked device and share credentials are hard-deleted within 30 days. Other encrypted records remain until overwritten, deleted through normal syncing, or the Cloud Sync account is deleted.

Use Settings → Sync & Mobile Access → Delete Cloud Data to delete the active cloud account, encrypted records, access grants, and device links. Local tracking data on each endpoint is not deleted. Uninstalling the extension removes that extension's local data but does not delete the cloud account; delete cloud data first if that is your intent.

After active-service deletion, encrypted remnants may remain temporarily in Cloudflare's automatic D1 Time Travel recovery history and age out according to Cloudflare's applicable 7-to-30-day recovery window. These remnants remain encrypted.

Hosting location

The sync service uses Cloudflare infrastructure. We request a North American D1 location hint, but Cloudflare explains that D1 location hints are placement preferences and are not a guarantee of United States-only or country-specific storage.

Camera access

The web app may use your camera to scan a pairing QR code. Images are processed on the endpoint, are not uploaded by SC Tracker, and the camera is used only while the scanner is open.

4. Third-Party Websites and Favicons

The extension interacts with independent third-party sites to read balance information visible in your signed-in browser. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those sites and do not control their privacy practices.

Supported-site icons are generally bundled locally. When an icon is unavailable or you add a custom site, SC Tracker may request an icon from Google Favicon, DuckDuckGo, or the site's own host. That request can disclose the requested domain and standard network metadata to the applicable provider.

5. Affiliate Links

SC Tracker may provide optional affiliate or referral links to third-party sites. We may receive compensation if you use them, at no additional cost to you. Third parties may use their own cookies or tracking technologies after you leave SC Tracker. We do not receive your casino passwords, balances, or financial activity from those platforms through an affiliate link.

6. Website Analytics

Our public websites may use analytics services that receive pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, cookies or similar identifiers, IP address, and general region. We use this information for aggregate site measurement and improvement and do not sell it or connect it to decrypted Sync record contents.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS in transit, endpoint-side AES-256-GCM encryption for Sync record contents, hashed bearer-token secrets, short-lived single-use pairing codes, access controls, and operational safeguards. Security also depends on your device, browser profile, backups, and handling of pairing codes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Data Control

You may keep Cloud Sync off, export a JSON backup or CSV, edit or delete local records, revoke a device or share, delete the Cloud Sync account, reset the extension, or uninstall it. Contact support for questions about technical or analytics records that may be associated with your use; because Sync accounts are anonymous and encrypted, we may be unable to identify or decrypt a particular account from a support request.

9. Children

SC Tracker is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.

10. Limitation and Responsible Use

SC Tracker is a personal tracking utility, not financial, legal, or gambling advice. We are not responsible for financial decisions or losses related to its use.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
