Payments are generally non-refundable but may be reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of charge.9. Referral ProgramSC Tracker Pro subscribers may participate in our referral program subject to the following terms:Referrer Eligibility
- You must be an active SC Tracker Pro subscriber to share a referral code.
- Your referral code is generated within the extension and is personal and non-transferable.New User Trial
- A new user who applies a valid referral code at checkout will receive 14 days of SC Tracker Pro at no charge.
- No credit card is required to redeem the trial offer.
- The trial is available to first-time SC Tracker Pro subscribers only.Referrer Credits
- When a referred user completes their first paid SC Tracker Pro subscription, the referrer receives a $2.99 Stripe credit applied automatically to their next SC Tracker charge.
- Credits are limited to a lifetime maximum of 12 referral credits per account.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- Credits apply only to SC Tracker Pro subscription charges and will not be issued as refunds or cash payments.Program Changes
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Credits already earned will be honored for existing subscribers.10. Data OwnershipYou retain ownership of all locally stored tracking data generated through the Service.We claim no ownership of your balance tracking data.You may export or delete your data at any time using tools provided within the Service.11. Use at Your Own RiskThe Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy
- Availability
- Reliability
